Daniel Fiorenza has represented banks, businesses, and individuals on various real estate and commercial financing matters including loan document preparation and review, drafting purchases agreements and leases, and handling all aspects of complex commercial and residential real estate closings.
Before joining Lichtsinn & Haensel, Mr. Fiorenza worked on tax litigation for the Internal Revenue Service and has continued to apply that experience for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Fiorenza has represented corporations, partnerships, and individuals in business formation, acquisition and transfer, tax minimization planning, business succession planning, and estate planning.
Furthermore, as a former athlete at the U.S. Olympic Education Center, Mr. Fiorenza has remained active in Olympic sports. Mr. Fiorenza has represented athletes and amateur sports associations in various matters including drafting and negotiating sponsorship agreements, waivers and releases, and counseling non-profit clients on tax compliance and liability risk management.
