Professional Experience

Attorney Abruzzo is a civil litigator and transactional attorney who focuses on banking, real estate, and business law. He has extensive experience representing banks, businesses and individuals in business organization, contract formation, commercial transactions, commercial collections, business disputes, and other civil matters. Attorney Abruzzo has tried cases in Municipal Court, Circuit Court, Arbitrations, and Administrative Law Hearings. Additionally, Attorney Abruzzo has successfully represented clients before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Abruzzo also provides estate planning for clients, including drafting wills and revocable trusts.

Attorney Abruzzo was a member of the Plan Commission for the Village of Mukwonago for over ten years. Attorney Abruzzo is currently the Municipal Judge for the Village of Mukwonago.
