Kathleen is a shareholder who focuses her practice on employment law. She guides employers to develop and implement best practices that ensure compliance while supporting business goals.
Kathleen regularly advises clients on workplace organization, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, severance issues and benefits. In addition, her practice includes employment discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity laws, harassment, FMLA and ADA issues and compliance with wage and hour laws.
Kathleen provides training to HR professionals and successfully represents clients before administrative agencies and in court proceedings. Kathleen has been recognized by her clients and colleagues with an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
