Eric Silver practices in the areas of guardianship law, real estate, commercial finance, and business law. He represents hospitals, health care facilities and agencies, and families in guardianship-related matters. He also represents clients in a variety of business matters, including:

• Financing arrangements
• Contract drafting and negotiation
• General business matters

Before joining Lichtsinn & Haensel, Eric worked at a multistate creditor’s rights firm, where he represented major financial institutions in consumer collection litigation. He also practiced at a boutique business immigration firm, where he assisted multinational corporations with business immigration strategy.
